We Are Hiring! Architectural Technologist / Technician Vacancy

We are an award-winning architectural practice based in Leeds City Centre. Due to a period of growth and an exciting workload, we are seeking a hardworking, proactive and flexible architectural technologist / technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a technologist or technician role and be able to demonstrate this.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties;

• Building regulations packages
• Prepare accurate architectural plans
• Construction drawings
• Applications for planning, building regulations approval and other statutory applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all projects
• Assist other team members as required
• Prepare reports and inspection records as required

Qualifications and skills;

• Degree or equivalent in an Architectural discipline
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a technologist or technician role
• A full working knowledge of Autocad, (Revit and Sketchup an advantage)
• Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team
• Have a current/valid driving licence
